1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ponyo's House Dog Daycare services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings must be made online. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is accepted.

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking via our online system. Additional entrants can pay in-store by card or cash.

• Holiday Fees: Additional fees may apply for services on Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, and Easter.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations on the day will receive a 20% refund. No refund will be provided for no-shows.

• Changes to Booking: If you wish to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Liability and Responsibilities

• Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any personal belongings brought into Ponyo's House. We are not liable for any damage or loss of personal property.

• Animal Welfare: If any dog in our care appears unwell or exhibits aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to remove the dog from the session.

• Injury Liability: Ponyo's House is not liable for any injuries incurred by dogs or participants during their stay, including those caused by other animals. All participants must sign a liability waiver before services are rendered.

5. Health and Safety

• Vaccinations: All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with parasite treatments. Proof of vaccination is required before services can commence.

• Health Disclosure: Owners must disclose any health issues or special needs of their dog(s) prior to booking. Ponyo's House is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

• Bitches in Season: If your dog comes into season while in our care and cannot be collected, alternative care arrangements will be made at your expense.

6. Service Refusal

Ponyo's House reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Aggressive, unruly, or destructive behavior.

• Dogs that have not been neutered or spayed.

• Dogs registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or similar regulations.

7. Emergency Situations

• Emergency Contact: Owners must provide an emergency contact authorized to make decisions on their behalf.

• Veterinary Care: In case of a medical emergency, Ponyo's House will seek immediate veterinary care at the owner's expense. A signed Veterinary Release Form is required prior to service.

8. Media and Privacy

• Social Media: Ponyo's House may post photos or videos of dogs in our care on social media or our website unless otherwise requested by the owner in writing.

9. Miscellaneous

• Insurance: Ponyo's House carries public liability insurance for our services. However, we recommend that owners have their own pet insurance to cover any illness or injury.

• Leash Policy: Dogs will only be walked on a lead unless an Off-Lead Consent Form is signed by the owner.
